Do you have any suggestions or have you unexpectedly experienced any inconvenience as a result of our activities (and you are certain this is a result of activities of DPO), then we invite you to notify us. In case of highly urgent matters, you can call us on 010 5061555 (only in emergency situations). The form below is not meant for reporting calamities.
You may fill in the form below in case of suggestions or complaints. You will receive an (automatic) confirmation. After this we will process your message. We strive to answer in detail within one week. In case of a complaint or a report of nuisance, we will inform you within four weeks about the processing of the complaint. We will also inform you on the possible measures to be taken to prevent a recurrence.
